Will Jermain Defoe be Selected for England against Poland

Jermain Defoe - will he play against Poland?
Jermain Defoe can rightly feel aggrieved if he isn't selected by Roy Hodgson for the England team to play Poland in Warsaw in this evening's World Cup qualifying group match. He was omitted by the manager for the Wembley match against San Marino to avoid picking up a second yellow card in the tournament. That gave Danny Welbeck the opportunity to score twice against the minnows and stake a claim for a place in tonight's team.

Defoe has done nothing to deserve to be dropped and could consider himself very unfortunate to be left out.

What will Hodgson do? Will he snub Defoe once again in favour of the younger player?
